Following up from a previous blog about Smart Snacks, I thought I would post one of my favourite summer snacks!

FroYo Love Bites are tasty little mouthfuls of frozen fruit and yougurt! The whole family will love them!

They are low carb and keto-diet friendly!


​100g Plain, Full Cream Yoghurt + 50g of Frozen Berries (Less than 10g of carbs per batch)

OR

100g Plain, Full Cream Yoghurt + 100g of Honeydew or Rockmelon (Less than 12g of carbs per batch)

Blend the ingredients together in a blender or food processor and pour into moulds.

It's that easy!!

Other fruits such as mango, pineapple, banana would also work well! Use 100g of Plain Yoghurt and 50g of your fruit of choice!
