Low Carb Chocolate Pops

This Recipe is so Easy!

All you need is 2 simple ingredients to make this low- carb summer treat!

The ice-cream moulds I use hold approximately 50 ml - This recipe makes 8

You will need:

400 ml of Almond Breeze chocolate almond milk  (found in the long life milk isle)
4 tbsp of thick cream (or coconut cream for a vegan/dairy free version)

Blend the almond milk and cream together in a blender or magic bullet, pour the mixture into the moulds and allow to set over night.

Each pop contains 3.5 g of carbs! This recipe can be enjoyed on the flexible ketogenic diet and also on the Ultra Lite Program.
