These Low-Carb Brownies are Absolutely Amazing!They contain just under 4g of carb per serve, making them a delicious, keto friendly treat! There is no added sugar or artificial sweetener and they take less than 20 minutes to make! You will need: 1/2 cup almond meal 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tbsp butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 50g 70% dark chocolate 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees 2. Soften the butter & peanut butter in the microwave or a stove top. 3. In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate. 4. Combine the almond meal, egg, baking powder and vanilla extract in a bowl 5. Add the softened butter and peanut butter and mix well. 6. Pour in the melted chocolate and combine well. 7. Line a small tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture. 8.
