If we both agree that it is the best option, you will begin by following a basic ketogenic meal plan for 1 week. This week is an introduction into the low-carb lifestyle. You will be asked to measure you level of ketosis and record it daily so that we can ensure you are eating enough carbohydrates to maintain healthy, long lasting weight loss for life. Once you are in ketosis (usually takes 3-4 days) hunger is dramatically reduced, cravings disappear and energy levels increase drastically! The ketogenic diets I offer can be completely customised to suit your likes, dislikes, lifestyle and goals while still providing you with amazing results. Exercise is optional and encouraged but not essential, which makes ketogenic diets perfect for those who are unable to exercise frequently.
